CHEE3002 – Heat & Mass Transfer 75.0

I found this course interesting and engaging, and the lectures were generally very good. The lecture materials, however, are incomplete and very confusing. Some of the lecture materials were so bad that a student compiled some of his own (excellent) notes, and we all ended up using that instead. The exam was pretty easy to study for as the past exams are all kind of the same in terms of format and the questions asked. Don't buy the textbook, it sucks and you won't need it. I used it ONCE, and I got a very good grade for this course. Go to the tutorials, do at least 3 problems per tutorial and ask the tutors plenty of questions (very important if you want to do well). Don't underestimate the midsemester quiz, most people did very poorly on it, mostly because it is slightly long. The assignments take a lot of time to do, so get started early and collaborate with other people, it's easier that way.
This course is quite intense, but not ridiculous like Fluids or 3003. I hope my advice can be of some value to you, and good luck :)
