PSYC3034 – Topics in Applied Psychology 67.1

There was some interesting content throughout the course but some of the content was repetitive from other psychology courses and quite easy. A lot of information was given by the lecturer and tutors to assist with the assignment, but there was limited scope for originality/creativity with the assignment topic. The structure of the lecture topics covered was logical although the last few lectures were not assessed. Tutorial assessments allowed practise at applying course content to real world examples. However, tutors allowed students to make up solutions that were not practical/real which sort of defeated the point of this assessment. Overall the course was easy to follow and did not involve a large workload to get a good mark (no final exam, online quizzes were easy, in class problem solving where materials could be used).
