Jay has quite a strong accent, however he more than makes up for it with his lecture notes. The experience I have had so far with lecturers with accents has been generally negative. Jay has given me a glimmer of hope.
He presents lectures in a fairly dry and boring way, but he does have a lot of information in his head. He allows you to excel at the course based purely on his lecture notes, which I like.
He seems to have had a lot of experience in the field, which is shown by his depth of knowledge and numerous examples.
