Mamiza is an enthusiastic lecturer that is let down by her content presentation and teaching skills. While she is clearly knowledgable and interested in her subject, she consistently fails to engage the class and makes learning the content much more difficult than it should be.
The biggest problem Mamiza has is that she does not introduce concepts or terms. Leaving student confused, she jumps right into topics using terminology that she will often define later in the lecture, in future topics, or not at all. She would benefit from assuming students knew nothing about the concepts she tries to convey, as the course because considerably less frustrating once you actually understand what she is talking about.
Mamiza also has the unfortunate habit of asking constant rhetorical questions throughout the lecture which makes the content unnecessarily confusing. For example, she will address a new topic, and finish the sentence with "right?", which makes it unclear if this is actually a new piece of information or if this is related to something we know or should know. This may seem trivial, but it is so pervasive and regular throughout her presentations that it really becomes an issue.
Overall, Mamiza makes the course unnecessarily difficult and should assume students little, instead of using terminology that we haven't learnt yet and are not comfortable with.
