LAWS1116 – Constitutional Law 61.8

As a compulsory subject, this review will not persuade or dissuade you from taking the course. This subject is the brutal hangover of Public Law and the pre-drinks for Administrative Law.

Jonothan Crowe is very passionate in the topic and this makes the subject engaging. However, if you like Tasmanian Dams and Tasmania in general, you will not like these much more come the end of semester. You'll be itching to engage your Defence Power and just quit it all. You'll want to help all your classmates out and make laws for the peace, order, and good government of the cohort so that no law student ever has to battle through LAWS1116 again.

A second year subject, LAWS1116 still makes you feel like a vulnerable first year by the amateur course code. A suggestion would be to make this LAWS2000 - a name which sounds like a half-decent vacuum cleaner.
