Absolute treat for the accounting major. 0 effort + 0 exam preparation = dollar dollar bills y'all. Get on this train, probs the easiest non-first year course at the uni. Fantastic coordinator + tutors. Going to tutes = good marks. Guaranteed good time !!

LAWS3100 – Corporations Law 47.3

This course has an easy mid terms. Just make your own notes n try to memorise the content for mid sem and an you can easily get full marks.
The finals however is more tricky and out of 25 chapters, only less than 5 were covered in the finals. Form a smart group n tackle the finals assignment tgt! I took this course sem 1 2018 dk why it doesn’t let me select that

LAWS3100 – Corporations Law 70.0

Really enjoyed this course, was very helpful for a future professional career. I had Dr Radha Ivory as my lecturer. Lecture attendance wasn't necessary as the lecture slides were very comprehensive. The open book mid semester exam was pretty easy as long as you had tabbed your textbook and created structured notes so you didn't waste time searching for things. The final exam was somewhat difficult although if you had detailed and structured notes it made it a lot easier. Tutorials (assessable) are definitely worth going to. The applications textbook is a must, however, the legislation textbook isn't necessary as the applications textbook has the main legislation at the back of the book.
