WRIT1001 – Writing for International Students 70.9

The course is overall super easy, and a wonderful choice for first years, however, the content is too limited. There were not enough forms of writing and referencing styles taught, and exercises were too easy. Basically the whole course is solely taught on BB.

WRIT1001 – Writing for International Students 74.6

There are no exams for this course, just 3/4 writing assignments. The lessons are external due to COVID, so learning pretty much takes place completely on the internet. The course instructors are no too helpful responding to emails, as they wish to answer questions as soon as possible with very short answers, and the instructions in completing assignments are confusing at times. However I managed to solve my problems via online counseling. Its quite difficult to get a 6 in this course. But the content is not too hard. However the course content is too vague at some point, and does not provide too much analysis on how to write a good essay.
