CHEE2010 – Engineering Investigation & Statistical Analysis 84.3

Great course. Great content. They definitely make it clear that statistics and modelling is essentially valuable in chemical engineering. Great lecturer - friendly and enthusiastic about the subject. Take the lab reports seriously as well, they test your understanding very well and they help you use the concepts you have learnt as well as give you the opportunity to talk about these statistical concepts to other students. Beware though, you have to do well in both individual and group assessment to get a 6 or 7 in this course. Read the course profile carefully.

Make sure you really understand the concepts, don't worry too much about the definitions of certain things or even the mathematical derivation of some of the formulas but rather learn to apply them and try to remember the matlab stuff, you need it for the next two years and most likely, in your career in chem eng.
