GEOS2100 – Environmental Systems 9.7

Do yourself a favour and avoid this course. The assesssment is purely subjective and not consistent with the course ECP. Zero assessment task sheets or marking criteria were provided throughout the semester. Highly egotistic course coordinator who marks students as he sees fit without any explanation of why or how the work does not meet requirements (he provides little to no clear assessment criteria allowing him to assign you a grade in whatever way he likes). GEOS2100 is opinionated course with very little substance and no clear assessment tasks and should not be considered a science subject as discourse i.e., looking at the problem from different angles, asking questions, challenging and discussing ideas is actively discouraged.

GEOS2100 – Environmental Systems 60.3

Interesting information, some lecturers were quite boring was basically a basics course for further study in either climatology, hyrdrology , biology, and oceanography. The exam was quite easy was very similar to previous years
