LAWS5134 – Environmental Law 96.7

A pretty good introduction into environmental law in Queensland. The lectures on climate change law and emissions trading weren't my favourite but, then again, they weren't assessed. Dr Bell is also pretty good. The tutorials I found a bit too much, however, and it felt more like a competition to get your marks from the tutor, as opposed to genuinely interesting discussion between peers.
